Rain or shine, the good times always continue at Roundabout Oxford. We do not provide credits or refunds for inconveniences caused by weather conditions. Our cancellation policy varies based on how far in advance you notify us of your cancellation.
All cancellations must be made to cancellations@roundaboutoxford.com. If you call, you will be asked to email that address as our front office attendees are unable to cancel or refund a reservation.
If before 1 month of your check-in date and you would like to cancel, you can chose to change the date of your reservation or cancel it entirely and receive the refund (minus the cancellation charge).
If within 1 month of your reservation check-in, you may change your reservation (with the change fee) and are not eligible for a refund of your payment.
If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation check-in, you are not eligible for a refund nor can you change your reservation date.
The charge to change your reservation is $25.
The charge to cancel your reservation is $40.
Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
For Cabanas:
If inclement weather makes the water park unavailable for a total of 4 or more hours on your rental day, you can select a full credit or reschedule to an available date (based on availability).
Refund Policy:
Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
Change Policy:
The fee to change the dates of a reservation is a $25 service fee. The guest is responsible for any difference in rates. Changes that decrease occupancy or pets, resulting in a credit, will issue a credit to your account, valid for one year from the date of issuance. Reservation arrival or departure dates cannot be changed within the cancellation window.
No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. Failure to check in will result in the complete forfeiture of payment.
Roundabout Oxford’s cancellation policy may be adjusted in the event a natural disaster — such as a ice storm, hurricane, or tropical storm watch/warning — is issued for the resort area or the guest's residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date. It also applies if there is a mandatory evacuation and the resort will be closed for an extended period.
